High-definition video or HD video system refers to any video system of higher resolution than standard-definition (SD) video, and most commonly involves display resolutions of 1280×720 pixels (720p) or 1920×1080 pixels (1080i/1080p). At a minimum, HDTV has twice the linear resolution of standard-definition television (SDTV), thus showing greater detail than either analog television or regular DVD. The technical standards for broadcasting HDTV also handle the 16:9 aspect ratio images without using letter boxing or metamorphic stretching, thus increasing the effective image resolution.

HD Video systems are becoming very popular in major hotels and boutique shops. The presence of HD Video sends a message to the consumer, letting them know that this venue is following closely with modern technology. We have done HD Video installs in Starworld Hotel and L'Arc Macau Casino, all of which received high praises for quality and reliability.
